Refund Policy
At Rada Beauty, every order is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail because we believe the experience of receiving a premium product should feel as considered as the product itself.
Due to the intimate, personal-use nature of our beauty products and in adherence to the highest hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used. We do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, we are happy to assist you if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect.
Refund Eligibility
A refund will be considered solely in the following circumstances:
- The product arrives physically damaged, broken, or in a compromised condition.
- The item delivered does not match what your ordered.
To be eligible, your request must be raised within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted beyond this window will not be considered.
How to Initiate a Refund Request
To submit a refund request, please reach out to our Customer Experience team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide the following:
- Your Order ID: to allow us to locate your purchase immediately.
- Visual Documentation: clear photographs or a short video clearly showing the damage, defect, or discrepancy.
- A Brief Description: of the issue so we can assess and resolve it efficiently.

Our team endeavours to review and respond to all claims within 24-48 business hours of receipt.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your request has been reviewed and verified by our team, the following process applies:
- Approval Notification: You will be informed via email whether your refund request has been approved or, in exceptional cases, declined.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Orders Already Dispatched
- Once an order has left our fulfilment centre, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests based on a change of preference will not be entertained after dispatch has occurred.
Prepaid Orders
All Prepaid orders enter our processing system immediately upon confirmation to ensure the swiftest possible dispatch. As a result, prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We kindly ask that you review all order details with care before completing your purchase.
Change Of Address
If you placed an order with incorrect address details, reach out to us within 1 hour of placing the order. Address change requests beyond this window will not be processed.
Exchanges
Rada Beauty does not currently facilitate product exchanges. We encourage you to review all product information, and usage guidance carefully before placing your order.
Should you have any questions about a product prior to purchase, our Customer Experience team is always on hand to assist. We would rather take the time to help you choose correctly than have you feel anything less than delighted with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite resolution, kindly provide:
- Your Order ID.
- Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
- A brief description of what was received versus what was expected.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you at no additional cost, subject to stock availability. Your satisfaction is, without exception, our priority.
Policy Integrity
Rada Beauty reserves the right to decline any refund, or cancellation request where misuse of this policy, fraudulent activity, or bad-faith conduct is suspected. We extend our policies in good faith and ask that they be engaged with in kind.
